- Ability to manage responsibilities and tasks to meet deadlines.
- Design, develop and execute manual test scripts for functional and regression testing to the business requirements.
- Strong communication of defects and preparing test reports.
- Provide continual improve to QA standards throughout the software development life cycle.
- Provide continual process improvement and mentorship to all QA team member
Have These
- Must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience in a Lead Test Analyst or a Senior QA Engineer.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
- Outstanding communication skills both oral and written. Proven ability to communicate well with other team members and our clients.
- Follows close attention to detail and follow-up with an extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.
- Full understanding of Software Development/Testing Life Cycle.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, and provide timely and accurate follow up to inquiries.
- Ability to perform all duties with minimal supervision.
- Passion for continuous learning.
- A LOVE for testing a must.
